Andrew is an experienced innovation consultant with specific expertise in the areas of market research, focus group moderation, novel survey design, data analysis, evaluation, narrative research techniques and all things digital!
A graduate in ICT from the University of Salford, since joining woodholmes, he has worked on a number of innovation projects for a wide range of public and private clients. During this time Andrew has developed his skills in designing, implementing and analysing qualitative and quantitative research programmes, typically leading to strategy development.
Recent projects include GIS mapping of stakeholders on urban regeneration projects, delivery of a multi language customer research programme for a major chemical company, journey mapping of student experience for a FE college and delivery of customer focus groups for a major transport company.
Andrew is a member of the UK Market Research Society (MRS) and is an accredited Cognitive Edge Practioner. He is also trained in Lean Methodologies and is an expert in Geographical Information Systems (GIS), LINUX Servers, SPSS and WordPress.
